Wallet balance
Completed sales, refunds and confirmed top-ups add to the balance you can use for new purchases.
Top-ups
A top-up is credited to the wallet only after the payment provider confirms the transaction.
Crypto withdrawals
Withdrawals are sent in cryptocurrency to a wallet you register, on the network you choose. New addresses go through a 24-hour check and payouts are sent on the next business day. The amount leaves your balance when you request it and stays reserved; if the team declines the withdrawal, it returns to your balance. After it is sent, the TXID shows in your withdrawal history.
Dollar rate on withdrawals
When the fixed fee and the minimum for an asset are in dollars (BTC, USDC and USDT), the conversion to reais uses the market dollar rate at the time of the request. The rate, the source and the time are shown before you confirm and stay locked on the withdrawal. If no rate is available, withdrawals of those assets stay blocked until it returns.
