How the marketplace works
A full path for buying and selling digital goods, with a record of each step and payment held until delivery.
1. Compare offers
Choose the game and the category, filter by price and platform, and check the seller's reputation, stock and delivery time.
2. Pay securely
Pay with Pix, card, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency or wallet balance, using the methods shown at checkout. Payment runs in a secure environment and the order moves forward only after it is confirmed.
3. Arrange delivery
Once payment is confirmed, a private chat opens between you and the seller, with online status, typing and read receipts.
4. Confirm or dispute
After you check the delivery, confirm that you received it. If something does not match, open a dispute before the payment is released.
5. Balance and review
When the order is complete, the seller receives the net amount in the wallet. The buyer can review the experience, which feeds the public reputation.
