How protected payment works before the seller is paid.
Protected payment
The order moves forward only after a valid payment confirmation (Pix, card, Apple Pay or crypto). The amount stays held until you confirm delivery or a dispute is reviewed.
Buyer
Check the attributes, quantity, variant and delivery details before you pay. After you receive it, check the contents before you confirm.
Disputes and refunds
If the delivery does not match the listing, open a dispute on the order and keep the messages. The team can refund the buyer or release the sale.
Automatic confirmation
If the buyer neither confirms delivery nor opens a dispute, the order is confirmed automatically a few days after delivery (default: 7 days; the exact time is on the order page). Orders in dispute are never confirmed automatically. After that, the amount still waits out the holding period before the seller can withdraw it.
GG2Player is a marketplace: listings come from independent sellers, and payment stays protected until delivery is confirmed or a dispute is decided. The order conversation stays in the private chat. General questions go to the support center.
